so disappointed with the latest tv shows that we are going to rewatch one of the classics • sopranos • twin peaks • breaking bad • better call saul which way, globalized world?

Better Call Saul > Breaking Bad tbh! Also want to rewatch The Wire, that was so good. Which shows have you seen recently that disappointed you guys? I feel like there’s been a bunch of good series lately!

agreed on bcs! and i love bb. we liked the first season of the wire, but we stopped watching the second one at some point and never felt the need to finish… but i'd like to give it a chance at some point 3-body problem was a huge disappointment, never liked white lotus, severance was kind of promising, but not that great in the end (standards too high probably, but with so little time left after taking care of kids i want to spend it well). tried silo, the morning show, yellowstone and who knows what else... not great the last new show i really enjoyed was the offer (plus the first season of cobra kai, but that feels like a guilty pleasure—and the next season wasn't very good).

Oh no, def go back and finish if you have the time! Agreed on 3-body problem, that was so bad (although some of the scenes were pretty good, the boat cutting and the past/communist China storyline). I loved Severance though, didn’t enjoy season 2 as much, but thought the payoff with the Gemma episode & finale were great! Have you watched Fallout? I enjoyed that! Or something more comedic, Barry and Hacks were pretty good!
