does it exist though? there have to be repercussions otherwise you'll get a stream of nonsense. and if there have to be repercussions, there has to be a some kind of controlling mechanism. and if there's a controlling mechanism, it has to be acquirable. ... skip a few steps and you'll get "whales can censor me" (woj's case reduces here too)

perhaps a community notes style algo eventually rather than any holder can censor or boost individually, or an AI that is in control
