@kaufman I think you would find the parts about the origins of radiation phobia interesting. Talks about how the phobia is a phenomenon specific to the US stemming from nuclear/cold war/standard oil and impacted Rad-Onc medical research and innovation along with medical use.

I really struggle with this whole topic as a high risk breast cancer patient so am excited to listen. It’s very hard for me to sort through the risk/reward of mammograms especially at the frequency with which I am supposed to be getting them, at such a young age
