What are the most cracked shows of the early 2000s/start of the Golden Era of television?

Right now I’m double fisting Sopranos and Six Feet Under. 

I unfortunately have a lot of time on my hands so I’m taking recommendations.

Oz is my favorite show of all time but it doesn’t actually hold up. I tried to show it to my girlfriend and it’s shot on video before video was good and there’s all these weird edits and stuff that look terrible and she couldn’t enjoy the show because it looks and feels so out of date.
