Eh. Ritalin for ADHD and lexapro for anxiety have helped me be far more regular. Before id be in decision paralysis for hours typically resulting in eating easy-to-get junk. People forget the medications are there for a reason. They help regulate brain chemicals to be more “normal”.

“Normal” here meaning I’m not hyper fixating on the quickest dopamine hit I can get, allowing me to actually make decisions instead. I wish the solution was as simple as “just do it”. It’s not. People’s brains are different, yet society puts us all in the same basket because it’s just simpler.
