I know it’s more nuanced, but I like to evaluate every day from a binary perspective. Did I crush today? Option A - Yes Option B - No Honestly only crush about 3-4 days a week. Today, I didn’t crush it. Yesterday, I did. Every founder can benefit from trying to build mastery around persistence and patience.

any bootstrapped founders here? 👋🏽 would love to connect and knowledge transfer where possible. little bit about us (/syntax): we’ve been building an evm-specific development shop for the last 2.5 years. here’s some wins/struggles: win: we started with $0. we’ve been profitable 9/10 quarters. struggle: as a founder, i’ve had to defer my salary multiple times. cash flow management is hard. we’ve had clients miss payments or not pay us at all. win: we’ve worked with some very reputable companies such as @storyprotocol, @0xproject, & more. struggle: most companies won’t want to work with you at first. every opportunity won should be used to leverage another opportunity. win: we won our first opportunity using a new cold outreach strategy a few weeks ago. struggle: it took us MONTHS to get this right. a lot of A/B testing and A LOT of rejection. TLDR: - don’t compare yourself to other founders - build on top of wins + learn from the struggles - literally just don’t quit

people overlook the fact that entrepreneurship is an inherently lonely journey. even with strong support systems, there will inevitably be late nights and behind the scenes stress. if you haven’t recently, grab a coffee with a founder friend this week. relax, vent, share, laugh, then back to work. 🤝🏽

focus on crafting features, content, and branding that's spot-on for a specific group. so specific that you’re questioning yourself. every entrepreneur can say at one point they’ve tried to reach “everyone” and they will all tell you the same thing. it doesn’t work. start small, incrementally grow. 🌊
