Thanks for this, bro, figured it out.  There is a web app that needs to be installed manually in Chrome if using desktop vs. mobile.  This is what threw me off initially as the prompt to install is burried.

Would encourage you to hit up /jamfrens for troubleshooting support (or whatever they do). That's... odd behavior and not something I've encountered on either test device or my mainstay.
