This is what a Email Communication Mapping (emerging from a Landing Page) looks like. The plan can be more intensive than this. This was done for a Luxury Automobile brand, and absolutely the kind of stuff I love to geek out on. A comprehensive plan considers the journey of its target audience, seeks to understand each of their behaviours, allows them to experience the brand at their own pace with very clear call to actions. Copy & Content for each part of the journey is unique. Makes for an interesting learning and exploration journey. Very underutilized in Web3 world, since Web3 is hyper-focused on Twitter following and social presence. #Marketing #Communication #Advertising

My Morning Routine (As a person on the ADHD path) 1. 5am wake up, dog duty - no phone for an hour. I do some affirmations while walking my dogs. Followed by a simple QiGong practice. 2. Tidying up house - helps quieten my brain & also gives me a sense of accomplishment. 3. 30-min on the spin cycle. Pumps blood through body & triggers a release of dopamine & serotonin, to improve mood. This is important because I often wake up with debilitating anxiety. 4. BPC (Espresso with Ghee) + 5-HTP. My biohack to increase serotonin, while also keeping me focused and less agitated. Allows me to be hyper-productive ADHD looks very different in women. More than the hyperactivity & lack of focus that men with ADHD experience, women face symptoms of anxiety and depression. They often have racing thoughts & at times space out. To mask these symptoms, many women end up being high-achievers. Losing out to peers, is not an option. Because, that leads to more depression & anxiety and self-blame Anyone else on this ride?

I guess you can’t trust anyone to do anything. You can only trust them to be themselves. And, if you don’t like what you see. You just trust yourself to course correct.

I’m one of the few ppl in Web3 who believes in the power of Email Marketing. It’s like how everyone thought QR codes are dead - and then the pandemic resurrected them. Hear me out. Socials are mass communication. You cannot personalise messages here. With Emails on the other hand, you can address your user by their first name, understand their previous engagement (or inactivity) with your brand and customise communication accordingly. Give them several Call-to-action buttons to encourage action. Let your users guide you in terms of the kind of communication they need. Emails give you an insight into their behaviours. Web3 now NEEDS to offer this personal touch.
