I'm so sad, I had to pull down my beautiful tomato plant and the trellis I built. We have a Cat 1 maybe a 2 coming in less than 48 hours and I can't have these becoming projectiles - gotta protect my house as best as I can. RIP my beautiful plant. Will not be online much

I agree with @bryan_johnson that rank priority is: number 1: sleep; number 2: exercise; number 3: diet. The reasoning? If you sleep well, you’re more likely to exercise. And if you exercise well, you’re more likely to eat well. 💪💪
