Why does Tron have such outsized stablecoin / payments traction in developing world (supposedly, that is)? What's the story behind this?

Being in the Ethereum L2 bubble, we miss out on the activity on other chains. This first hit me at a regional meet where people were building real-estate RWAs on Tron and fractionalising their ownership. And attracting big industrialists to the whole idea. There it was, me, who won't touch Tron :(
