wow good spot. kind of like that it is dev centric here, it makes sense since that's how all these future apps will be created/developed. switching cost seems to remain high for the majority. I do think the "shouting into the void" and basically being assumed to be spam at the beginning is the most pressing issue as to why, maybe along with the onboarding friction around payment, etc.
