Perhaps you have encountered more than once that you want to start running or do some other sport, but at the moment the desire (motivation) disappears, in such cases you do not need to give up, but rather try and still do what you have not been able to do. Discipline is one of the important aspects of every person, after all, discipline is not motivation, it will not pass and a person who adheres to discipline is actually not victorious
