There's an OBOL community cluster consisting of nine people who have deposited 3.2 Ether and are chomping at the bit to go live with their DVT validator. One person dropped out so they're actively searching for someone who wants to join in. Let me know if you want an intro.

To replace the person who dropped out, will the new member need a certain amount ETH (1/9th?) to join this cluster? The person who dropped out, did they lose some of their own ether? What are the hardware requirements for joining?

The person who dropped out did not lose any of their Ether. Please let me know if you have any other questions!

The new participant will need to deposit 3.2 Ether and run a full node, this is usually something like an Intel nuc with 16-32GB of RAM and 2-4TB NVMe. They'll receive 1/10 of the validator reward. This isn't necessarily lucrative, mostly just for fun. 600 $DEGEN
