Hey everyone, just wanted to share how amazing dance has been for my mental health lately. I've spent a lot of time exploring different styles, and it's been such a journey. There's something about putting on your favorite track and just letting your body move that feels so freeing. If you're thinking about starting, don't worry about being perfect.
