It has become clear some tippers are engaging in short-term extractive behavior. So beginning within the next day, new restrictions will be enforced: 1. Tips to other tippers won't count toward your tipper score. 2. Within a 7 day rolling window... - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to other tippers - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to the same user These changes will benefit honest tippers and hopefully drive more value to underrated users who haven't heard of Farther, which is ultimately the biggest thing that can grow this project over the long term.

It's a little difficult for people who don't speak English as their first language. 1. If you don't distribute it to people who don't have Allowance, the chipper score won't be added. 2. Only 15% of Allowance can be distributed to each other. Are you sure about this recognition?
