A thread about creative block. 

You know the feeling. Sitting there in front of the screen and just starring. The clock ticks and as times goes your frustration builds up. A creative block is something we as artists will experience, but how do you cope with it?

When I say rearrange your daily routines, I’m talking about down to smallest details in everything you do. Switch everything you possibly can. You drive or walk new routes to work or school. You switch your workflow. You shop in a different supermarket or even drive to the next city.

You might even eat first before you shower. Do your workouts in the morning instead of the evening or vice versa. You keep rearranging those daily routines for the entire week and I’ll guarantee that your creative block will disappear and new creative ideas will start appearing in your mind.

As a bonus I can highly recommend clearing your thought by taking 5 minutes to write down about your day. It can be anything from what you achieved or learned. In that way you empty your thoughts completely. If you read this far I sincerely hope you’ll try this and let me know if you do.

I’ll share my best advice ever given to me and it works perfectly. It’s one of a handful advices I carry with me all the time in my tool box. The best way to cope with a creative block too rearrange your daily routines through the week. Yes, its that simple and trust me it works.
