Banitsa with cabbage Zelnik is a traditional North Macedonian pie that can be filled with a variety of different ingredients such as cheese, spinach, eggs, meat, leeks, or cabbage. For the best result, zelnik should be brushed with butter and oil before baking, so that the pie develops a golden-brown color.

Wagyu Wagyu is a term denoting a Japanese beef cattle breed (wa means Japanese, and gyu means cow). This breed has a genetic predisposition to create marbling of fat on the inside of muscle tissue. Average steaks have a fat cap on the outside, but Wagyu cows metabolize the fat internally and the fat remains integrated within the muscle.

New York-style cheesecake New York-style cheesecake is different from other cheesecakes mainly because of its heavy and dense texture that feels extremely smooth and rich. Its flavor should be sweet and tangy, not citrusy, chewy, or starchy. It is believed that the first New York-style cheesecake was made by Junior’s in the 1950s.

Steak and fries Simply translated as steak and fries, steak-frites is a dish that traces its origins to French and Belgian national cuisine. In this classic, fries vary from the hand-cut rustic potato wedges to thin, factory-produced types. They are always deep-fried, giving them a crunchy texture and an appealing golden color.

Kobe beef Kobe beef is a Japanese delicacy and one of the most popular regional specialties in Japan. The beef comes from the Tajima-gyu breed of cattle in Japan's Hyogo Prefecture, where Kobe is the capital and gives the beef its name. It is characterized by its tenderness, flavor, and exceptionally high levels of fat marbling.

English MuffinEnglish muffin is a small, round, and flat bread that's made from a soft yeasted dough. Once shaped into rounds, either by hand or with crumpet rings, the English muffin is baked on a griddle. Before toasting, they are halved, and once toasted, they're buttered, then served for breakfast with sweet or savory toppings.

Soft Pretzel According to a legend, pretzels without eggs have been invented in 610 A.D. by Italian monks, as a way for people to consume them during Lent. Word of the pretzel delicacy quickly spread to Germany, and the Germans, who adored these soft and crunchy treats, brought them to America in the 1700s.

Spaghetti and Meatballs Contrary to popular belief, spaghetti and meatballs is not an Italian dish, and if one travels to Italy, it will appear on some menus simply to satisfy the appetites of some American tourists. Consisting of spaghetti combined with tomato sauce and ground beef meatballs, the dish was originally invented by Italian immigrants who came to America in the 19th century.

Let no one reveal what is between you and me Even the gestures of the letter bearer are you and me Listen, I speak with silent lips I answer with a look that is yours and mine A time has passed and no one saw the path of love Now the eyes of the world are worried about you and me Although no one has reached the secret of our hearts Everywhere the whisper of a secret love between you and me is heard
