Shortcuts to success will actually limit your success. Why? Because you are paying someone else for the shortcut instead of building the understanding yourself. I don’t mean don’t use tools that help you achieve your desired state faster. I mean: don’t pay for shortcuts.

The biggest issue with co-founding is action-bias. You don’t ask a freemium group of people what your product is missing. If they didn’t convert already, more freebies won’t change that. Chances are a lot higher if you take a focus group of those who are paying for your services to get them to endorse. Now apply this thinking to blockchain products and grow.
