I've never admitted this publicly but I've never listened to a podcast. I've heard snippets, saw clips, but never heard one from beginning to end. 

I've always been suspicious of them and their effect on discourse.

exactly what i do, truly amazing how much info you can pack into the in-between moments. NotebookLM is great too, it makes decent pods from any longform text
