are you also following a specific diet, like bryan johnson’s? i see he keeps changing his diet based on which supplements he takes.

My work and travel schedule is way too hectic for me to choose my diet, other than being a vegetarian. I had also ordered some of the foodstuff from the Blueprint stack, and haven’t been able to touch it It’s a luxury to be in control of one’s diet but hardly compatible with being a travel warrior, unfortunately
