ZkSync will not be responsible for this. Exchanges like Bybit are doing this. ZkSync will just deploy the token. In web3, you can't stop them from deploying the token. They can name that token whatever they want. If exchanges change your $ZK ticker name, blame the exchanges, not ZkSync.
