clanker team just shipped our v0.0.2 token factory

this enables:
+ DEGEN, CLANKER, HIGHER, ANON pairings 
+ ERC20Votes
+ change which address gets rewards
+ configurable fee splits (3-ways)
+ allowlisted addresses to deploy (batch txns)
+ burnable 🔥

Still needs dev work for this on UI/AI

So I can go ahead now and create a token V2 now asking clanker, and then change the address receiving the earnings later on if I want?

(not a problem if it's only on the contract level)
