good points, i need to clarify: 

you can change the reward recipients at any time post-deployment. i recommend immediately after deploying. after you change it, the address you changed it to will have the ability to change the future designated address

would love to integrate with hats ! cc @proxystudio.eth

nice so if you change it to a 0xSplit contract that can't call the function to change it again, then it's effectively immutable

btw, let me know if you want to hook hats into this to make the permissions interoperable with other onchain roles
