Technically, “Power Badges” are gone. They have been replaced with a “flag” on Warpcast called:

"activeOnFcNetwork"

If it’s “true” your frames show expanded to everyone and you will be on the main feed of Warpcast moderated channels (any channels that has no moderator set). If it’s false, you won’t and your frames will be collapsed. The flag is usually updated Monday at 11:59 PM UTC.

When you are in a channel, check the little i button and if it looks like this, it’s in Warpcast default moderation mode.
