Every time I have the remote VS in-office conversation, I ask the other party if they would have joined a remote only company when they were early in their careers.

If you only hire senior people, problem solved.

Ive only been remote and i like it - i also think that it takes a bit of time to figure out how to do it correctly

I think most people young in their careers right now don’t understand this either.

We haven't figured out remote onboarding and career-building yet. It could become 2 types of companies. Learn and build relationship in person for a few years, then go remote.

Can better co-working space options provide the best of both?

Almost only remote and fine with it but I can’t compare so…
