What is the sentiment around RWA projects in blockchain for Web3 VCs?

Depends on the type of RWA you are doing. But in general, the tech/architecture tends to be not super differentiated and a lot of the innovation happens more on the legal side. Harder to scale than “normal” DeFi and margins also tend to be low - this is from the projects I’ve been speaking with
