Next, he scampered to the park where the children were playing. He spotted Timmy, who was trying to fly his new kite. Whiskers had an idea! He stealthily crept up and tied the kite string to his own tail. When Timmy let go of the kite, Whiskers took off like a rocket, zooming around the park with the kite soaring behind him.
