Days 6 and 7 of my #365DaysOfCode. Today, I implemented error handling for invalid inputs, server errors, missing resources and other scenarios. I also integrated Redis as a caching layer to efficiently manage and speed up access to frequently requested data.

After lazying around for a couple of weeks I have decided to kickstart my #365DaysOfCode. Day 1: I read through the passport js documentation; specifically configuring the JwtStrategy. I also read about the structure of the JSON Web Token and claims.

I've finally completed 100 days of coding, and it's been an incredible journey. Having struggled in the past to stick with coding for more than 10 days, this experience has been transformative. I’ve learned a lot about software development, but more importantly, I’ve gained some valuable life lessons. First, I’ve learned to push through—whether it’s convenient, messy, intimidating, or uncomfortable—just do it anyway. Secondly, I’ve realized the importance of prioritizing what truly matters to me. Along the way, I may have disappointed a few people, but I’ve made peace with that. What’s important is that I’ve discovered a genuine passion for Backend Development, and there’s no turning back now. Here’s to the fulfillment that comes with continuous learning!

Days 99 and 100 of my #100DaysOfCode. Today, I worked with the username and password tutorial on the passport js website. I currently do not understand what I'm doing but I guess that's what the next few days are for. Next task is to add a new user sign up route.

It’s day 75 of my #100DaysOfCode. Today's task was to create a node.js server file index.js, add the code needed to serve the right page according to the URL and display a "404 Not Found" page if it's the wrong URL. It's day 74 of my #100DaysOfCode. Today's task is to create a server that listens for a request to upload files. I solved the bug and it was a basic principle I overlooked. I learned how to build servers that listen for upload requests but most importantly, I learned the value of mastering the fundamentals.
