the wearable tech revolution is finally happening and it's gonna get weird AF over the next 10 years smart watches and airpods (and similar) ... around for a while and cool but now meta glasses, apple vision pro, humane pin ... all clunky for now, but not for long

I think this really will bring mental health and wellbeing sharply into focus. How we navigate this territory whilst taking care of ourselves and those around us will be vital.
