>Silvergate panic triggers run on Silicon Valley Bank

>SVB was then killed by Elizabeth Warren (via Gruenberg at FDIC) despite having several valid offers that could save it

>Political pressure rises to save SVB, but it’s not systemic. Signature bank is intentionally sent into receivership to trigger systemic status
