I'd love to use a bank with a modern security stack that required TOTP or Yubikey 2FA vs. phone confirmation to move money.

Coinbase could do this with USDC, but would require a long grind through getting all the fiat integrations.

Bank of America has started to support Yubikeys/FIDO2 on some sensitive operations. Unfortunately, Schwab & Fidelity both use Symantec's proprietary (read: crap) TOTP solution.
