sport every day at least one full day without a phone hang out with non-crypto friends enough sleep set crazy ambitious targets to always feel motivated to achieve them

- a hobby that provides a sense of progress/mastery - counseling and/or coaching - exercise - meditation or some sort of spiritual practice - stop being a workaholic (really, it’s a gigantic waste of time and energy. learn to prioritize) - cut out toxic people ASAP

-Have set working hours and dont go over those times -exercise daily, even if its just a 40min walk -15-30min meditation first thing in the am -see friends a few times a week -eat healthy & consume adaptogenic plants to protect adrenal glands -infrared light therapy daily
