where can i learn more about cast actions?

Smarter feels like making it a setting, allowing people to participate in the memecoin world or not. Strange to just nerf it altogether when it was such a boon for growth,,, but also understand the spam problem. Maybe makes more sense to encourage other clients to use it instead.
