for me, it's easy.

i have a big backlog of things i want to add to scope

yet i never look into it.

i'm a dau of my own product, so i just build what i think is missing the most

could be a bug, an improvement, or a feature — doesn't matter, as long as it provides the most value for the whole product

Tevm is tough because there are 5 things I could do for every 1 I do.

Generally I try to index on users reporting their experiences using it more than anything. I also build in public and post apis before they are ready to try to get feedback earlier
