50% of runners get injured per year which is kind of a surprising statistic. I used to run frequently, but with back issues it started to make less sense. of course if i'm tossing the football or playing basketball i'll run, but running as a primary workout is overrated considering it's so high-impact. Thoughts?

I think too much energy goes into criticizing degen farming groups like /paidgroup when the real problem is that degen tipping wasn't well thought out at all. Of course bots were gonna show up. Of course people would try to game the system. But they went ahead and launched a useless L3.
