I disagree with the premise of neutrality that anyone can use/own Governance should be earned, not bought IMO While anyone should be able to use your protocol, contributions to gov should have some guard rails up to dissuade misaligned people @b3nnn and I just wrote an article on citizenship in DAOs if interested :)

Yeah, agree. It seems @polynya values neutrality. In reality, neutrality really fits into a broader pillar of ownership, which should be part of the trilemma in my opinion.
