In my case, The Rockford Files has just been naturally drifting in and out of my head for 35 years.

I used to have an office across from a couple coworkers that would purposefully plant the theme songs from various TV shows in my head by whistling or humming them. Took me a couple weeks to figure out why I had random theme songs stuck in my head. 😠
