2. Optionally record some proof connecting their Web2 identity 
3. Allows *anyone* to place bounties and retroactive grants for onboarding KOLs, VIPs, or communities.

Combine onboarding referrals with subsequent cast history aka retention. The more history the more opportunities for rich incentivized behavior
