I’m too left curve to understand most of that But iiuc, doing good things for misguided reasons usually bites you in the butt down the road — there is a loss that comes from shattered expectations I don’t think you can separate reason from action. That’s why some spiritual texts (eg. The Gita) speak of “right action”
