Today, most Talent Protocol powers users saw their Builder Score decrease. 

For example, @macedo Builder Score decreased 56 points, from 170 to 114.

This change is part of a wider upgrade to our credentials and scoring system, to improve the accuracy of the Builder Score. 

1. Identity credentials help separate humans from sybils, bots and fake accounts. The sum of all Identity credentials will contribute a maximum of 20 points to a user’s Builder Score.

2. Activity credentials help separate trusted actors and value-add members from bad actors. Activity credentials are also capped, but at 40 points maximum.

3. Finally, Skills credentials help separate onchain builders from other types of crypto users. This layer of reputation is what’s unique about Talent Protocol. Skills credentials have no Builder Score cap.

We’ve also recently sunsetted two credentials (Builderfi and Talent Tokens), which might have also contributed to a decrease in your Builder Score.
