What would be a sufficiently moderate version of the concept that you *would* be willing to live in it?

People live in these sorts of societies all the time (think: cults, communes, religious societies and sects) 

The fact that most people don’t live in them speaks to how any sort of restriction appeals to only a small set of people if the restriction isn’t backed by violence. 

I would be fine with visiting!
