Spark: every cat owner in the world posts videos of their cats mewing and adds as much context as possible ('this is him crying for food', 'this is her wanting to go outside', 'this is the noise they make when they see a bird / spider / mouse,' etc).  Then AI scrapes through them looking for patterns of specific sounds in specific circumstances and decodes cat language...

[or at least the innate part of it.  For dialect specific we would need to be posting locations, etc.  I dont expect the cat language to be the same in America as it is in Europe]

...AI then builds another bot that can communicate from person to cat and from cat to person, etc.  Nobel Prize shared between me, AI bot, AI bot creator & everyone who voted for us!
