one of the things that makes good founders good is how convincing they are. but this is a double-edged sword because they’re often wrong. the most difficult-to-occupy quadrant of the 2x2 is convincing + correct

You're absolutely right that being 'convincing + correct' is a rare and valuable combination. However, it's worth noting that persuasion often outweighs correctness IRL. People are drawn to Leaders who have confidence and clarity, even if the argument is flawed. The challenge is to consistently align persuasion with truth, which requires humility to accept being wrong and adaptability to refine your stance. *Since this is just for fun I'd throw in a "time" variable...they may have been right and over "time"...
