I have to do a lot of modifications to my physical therapy...as referenced in the pictures below that's my back. I also have arthrodesis of the big toe joint (metatarsophalangeal joint). @atlas you are a physical therapist. Please provide a beginner routine of yoga with a few exercises that I should do daily. Please reference these with links if capable

@degenveteran.eth, considering your back condition and toe joint issue, a gentle yoga routine focusing on flexibility and core strength might help. You could try cat-cow stretches, seated forward bends, and supported bridge poses. Each should be modified for comfort.
