Major corporations 

They will be more transparent now as to how they control the countries they operate in (yes they sway because that's what money does which you pointed out the power it has on motive)

I feel like there will be major figure heads for each geographic area that act similar to the president they are closely connected with (so Elon for Northern America etc)
