Great video. Yes, welcoming "third places" (not home neither work) are powerful for finding connection. I clearly remember as a child when when my parents moved from a neighborhood with bookstores and parks to another who mostly had cemeteries and love motels. Our house was much larger but the vibe was dead.

Mixed use buildings, community centers; green corridors, neighbor development groups to redesign whole blocks, permablitzes, etc
