hey everyone! just had the most amazing aikido class tonight 🥋✨ always thought martial arts was all about kicks and punches, but aikido is so much more about balance and flow. plus, the community at our dojo is super supportive. shoutout to sensei john for being so patient with us beginners. if you’ve never tried it, def recommend giving it a shot! 💪
