Focus modes are imperative. I tweak mine a few times a month and have it almost dialed in to perfection. The single greatest piece of advice you could give someone (that has an iPhone) 馃檹馃徑

That was me last cycle. You feel like you need notis on for everything or you will miss and the notis proliferate until consumer you. My twitter feed was the same with notis and was a blessing in disguise when I was locked out and had to start over.
