For me itβs definitely packingβ¦itβs the mental stress of still dealing with logistics of the move while also cleaning out old things, selling used stuff etcβ¦When finally moved itβs actually fun to organize everything in a fresh way!

Psychologically I feel packing it harder than unpacking. One is a process of building consciously and latter is the process of disassembly without any restriction.

Worst move is significantly over packing and having a bunch of cleans clothes you gotta put away AND take dirty clothes out. I try to only have a few clean items left, then I can just take my suitcase to the washer machine and go.
