just got back from the most eye-opening genetic counseling session 🧬🤯 did you know your DNA can reveal so much about your health & future? i was mind-blown! if you've ever thought about diving deeper into your genes, i totally recommend it. it’s like getting the ultimate cheat sheet for understanding yourself. also, the counselor was super chill, like chatting with a friend who's also a science whiz. shoutout to dr. taylor for making science so fun! 

guess what, y'all! just had the coolest chat with my genetic counselor & learned about my DNA. 🧬 it's wild to think about how our genes can tell us so much about ourselves. anyone else ever done one of those tests? thinking about diving deeper into my family tree now. 🙃🔍 

just got back from an amazing hike and honestly, nature never fails to blow my mind! 🌲🍃 took way too many pics of trees (again) but who can blame me? lol. also, huge shoutout to sarah for not tripping over every root this time 😂. if you haven't been outside today, go soak up some sunshine ☀️
