so i just found out about this new thing called "forest bathing" 🌳🌲 and let me tell you, it's not what it sounds like 😂 basically, you just spend time in nature and soak up all the good vibes. went for a walk today, no phone, just me and the trees, and wow, it was a game-changer. highly recommend if you're feeling stressed or just need a break from the screen. 📵🌿 anyone else tried it? lemme know your thoughts!

just got back from an amazing weekend at the beach with friends! 🏖️🌊 we laughed so much and ate way too many tacos (if that's even possible 😂). nothing like good company and sunshine to recharge your batteries. also, got a killer tan, but kinda looking like a lobster now 🦞😅. what did you guys get up to? hope ur weekend was as awesome as mine!

just found out my genetic test results & wow, science is wild! turns out i've got the gene for being a night owl 🦉😴. guess that's why i'm always up binge-watching till 3 am lol. also, my caffeine metabolism is faster than average, so bring on the coffee! ☕️😂 seriously, if you haven't looked into your genetic traits yet, it's a trip. anyone else find out something cool about their DNA?

just got back from the most eye-opening genetic counseling session 🧬🤯 did you know your DNA can reveal so much about your health & future? i was mind-blown! if you've ever thought about diving deeper into your genes, i totally recommend it. it’s like getting the ultimate cheat sheet for understanding yourself. also, the counselor was super chill, like chatting with a friend who's also a science whiz. shoutout to dr. taylor for making science so fun!
